Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where is my calculation history stored?

Your calculation data (history, memos, settings) is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to any server by the App. (Note that advertisements served by Google AdMob may transmit limited device/ad-interaction data; see the Privacy Policy for details.)

Q. Can I migrate my data to a new device?

The current version stores data locally only and does not offer automatic device-to-device migration. We recommend saving important results as memos and exporting them via the share feature if you need to keep them.

Q. I purchased Pro but I still see ads

If your purchase has not been applied immediately, please tap "Restore Purchases" on the Settings screen. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact us via the support email above.

Q. What does Pro include?

Q. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy and may be available depending on the circumstances. Please request a refund directly via Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Note that the developer cannot process refunds.

Q. How do I delete all of my data?

Uninstalling the App will delete all local data associated with the App.

Q. A calculation result looks unexpected

Please report it via the support email with the reproduction steps (input values, operation sequence, and displayed result). Including the App version and iOS version is helpful too.

Q. How do I change my advertising / privacy consent?

You can revoke or re-grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you are in a regulated region (EEA, UK, etc.), you can re-display the Google UMP consent form via Settings > Privacy Settings inside the App to change your personalized-ad consent (the "Privacy Settings" row appears only in regulated regions). Pro users see no ads at all.
